WINTER HEN PARTY IDEAS WITH LYNSEY FROM HEN HEAVEN
Hen parties are not restricted to taking place solely in the Spring or Summer months, Winter can bring a different but no less magical mood to the festivities. And with that in mind I’ve asked party expert Lynsey Hamp at Hen Heaven to share some of her favourite Winter hen destination ideas.
BRIGHTON
Hen party hot spot Brighton is not just a fantastic place to visit in the Summer months it’s also a great destination in Winter. The famous Laines are beautifully lit up with twinkling lights and the Pavilion looks enchanting, ice skating in the grounds is a must! Bars and nightclubs remain busy offering every type of musical entertainment, maintaining the fun party vibe that Brighton is best known for year round.
BATH
The World Heritage City of Bath or ‘The Christmas Capital of the West’ is a beautiful place to visit at any time of year but particularly so in Winter. It is home to one of the best Christmas markets, from the 26th November with more than 100 wooden chalets adorning the shopping area selling decorations and hand crafted gifts, an ideal destination to get you and the girls into the Christmas spirit…. with a cup of Mulled Wine in hand. The famous Thermae Bath Spa is open during the Winter months too so you can take some time out to relax here before a night out sampling Baths fantastic choice of restaurants and bars.
LONDON
There is always a diverse mix of things to do in the Capital which makes it the perfect place for a hen party at anytime year. Go to Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland for festive fun or for a spot of retail therapy head to Oxford Street. Finish off with an afternoon of pampering at the Benefit Boutique on Carnaby Street before heading out for a night on the town. The exclusive Hen Heaven Benefit Beauty and Bubbles package is an ideal indulgent Winter hen weekend treat in London. Sumptuous pampering followed by a three course meal and entry to one of the City’s hot spot nightclubs will be guaranteed to please.
