Alex provided the framework for what needed to happen & thought of little details I never would have considered to make our day special & relaxing.  She handled everything from planning the whole day for us when I was so busy at work I barely had time to check my email, to bringing in other necessary vendors, to keeping me company while I got my hair & makeup done since I didn't bring any friends or family with me, to even walking in front of me when I left the hotel in my dress because I was embarrassed to get stared at by all the people in the hotel lobby.
